The group meets every 2 weeks on a Monday mornings at 9.30am, Please meet at the bus station. The format is for a gentle stroll around the town or seafront and a natter along the way followed by a coffee when we sometimes meet up with the Monday walking group. As always the weather will be play a part in proceedings and the duration of the stroll.

July 2025. No vacancies at the moment,  maximum  of 12  and I have 17 on my roll. We are taking a break for summer, 21st July, last stroll. Will re-commence on Monday 8th September.
