Kurling Group Tryout

We are going to try out our Kurling equipment.

WHERE : Room 3 Hunmanby Community Centre

WHEN : 12.00-1PM on Wednesday 16 April

               (Immediately following Pete Revett's Table Tennis Group who finish at 12.00) 

COST : £1  to cover the cost of hiring the room (Cheaper this time as Peter has already paid                   for the 4 hour session 9.00-1300) 

PARKING : Usually plenty of space on the roadside next to the Centre

CLOTHING : Comfortable clothing and shoes as most players will be pushing the Kurling Stone towards the target at the far end of the room using a "special" pole

REFRESHMENTS : On Wednesday mornings (10-12) at the Community Centre there is a                                           Community Cafe providing drinks and snacks. 

Currently we have 7-9 members who have told me they hope to be at the "Try out" on the 16th.

We will also be arranging a "Taster" session in Filey. More details to follow.
